Learn how to create a bespoke sales report with a defined search area and filtered property attributes.
Move the map to the area you are interested in, find the Polygon Search tool on the bottom of the page and select it. Tap anywhere on the map to start a boundary marker. Then, click to add boundary markers, finishing by double clicking your final marker.
You’ll notice that all properties within your boundary will be coloured blue and their details will be available in the table view on the left.
You can now select some or all these sales and download them as a PDF report.
Note: this report will contain information based on the columns you’ve selected.
Click ‘Customise Results” to make adjustments to the viable columns.
You can use the advanced search filters to narrow your search down further. In this example, we choose to narrow it by property type and sales timeframe.
Once properties have been selected, click on the kebab button (three vertical dots) and select ‘Export as PDF’.
