Create a suburb sales report to provide to prospective bidders at an auction or to help vendors understand their area.
On the homepage, click on ‘Reports’ from the top menu bar.
To create a new report, click on ‘New Report’. Select the report type that best suits your needs. For this instant, we want to select ‘Suburb Sales Report’.
For this example, we selected all house sales in Norwood for the last 12 months.
Click ‘Generate Report’ to download your report as PDF.
