Creating a customised appraisal template streamlines your process, ensuring consistency and professionalism in every report. Tailor your templates to reflect your brand and meet your business needs.
In addition to the default settings, you can create your own template for ongoing use.
Each section name of the report is shown on the left hand side, here you choose which sections to enable/disable, what order they are in, along with adding your own PDF pages (e.g. about me, testimonials, marketing options or even bespoke cover page).
Adding Pages #
You can add any PDF by clicking ‘Add Your Own Section’. Once added, drag it up to where you’d like it to be positioned.
Switching off Sections #
You can enable or disable any section of the appraisal builder using the toggle next to the section name.
Saving as Template #
Once you’re satisfied with your configuration, you can save it as a template. Simply click the kebab button (3 vertical dots) in the top-right corner and select ‘Save as Template.’ This ensures that whenever you open a new appraisal in the future, it will be set up exactly as configured, including all your uploaded documents, saving you time and effort.
