Each appraisal can be customised to best reflect your client’s property and needs. Here are a few ways to achieve that.
You can turn any section of the appraisal builder on or off using the toggle.
You can reorder sections as needed to tailor the appraisal to your specific requirements by dragging and dropping them using the kebab button (6 vertical dots).
You can edit the property details if they do not reflect the property by clicking the ‘Display Settings’ button. Any changes here (e.g. number of bathrooms etc.) will only affect this appraisal, nothing else.
You control which comparable sales and listings are displayed. Your options include:
• Search sales: use an advanced search to find sales and add them to the appraisal.
• Add a specific sale: enter the address of a sale to add it.
The properties you have selected can be reordered (via drag and drop), plus you can add a comment, view the full property details in a new page and change the cover photo by clicking the arrows.
The comparative listings section works the same way; you can add, remove, reorder, etc., just as above.
The market trends graph is created based on property type and suburb.
Finally, you can add your own summary.
