Quickly determine whether a commercial sale price includes GST.
The GST Flag appears as a column in your results page.
If it is not visible, you might need to customise your results view. Click on the ‘Customise Results’ button, navigate to the Sales Attributes section and click the GST inclusive option. It will be green when activated. You can also adjust the order of columns by dragging it to a different spot. Hit ‘Save View’, then, click the ‘Apply Changes to Results’ button.
The table will update, and the GST inclusive column will appear in the order you selected.
