Setting up your appraisal settings correctly is crucial for creating professional and personalised appraisal reports. This guide walks you through each step of configuring your appraisal settings, ensuring that your reports reflect your brand and preferences effectively.
Go to the report section and click settings.
Select your preferred style of cover letter.
Add your profile details (e.g. name, mobile, etc.).
Define your brand colours. Click on the palette icon to launch the colour picker and select your brand colours.
Add your company logo (a square image works best).
Your logo must meet the following requirements:
• Be in JPG or PNG format.
• Have a maximum file size of 1MB.
• Choose a logo that is highly visible on a white background.
If you want your photo on the cover, add it on the ‘Your Photo’ section and check the box. Your photo must meet the following requirements:
• Be in JPEG, JPG or PNG format.
• Meets the maximum file size of 2MB.
You can choose to have Property Edge to prepopulate appraisals with comparative sales, rentals and listing. In this section define how many it will prepopulate, or toggle off to start with none. Note: you can delete, reorder and add more while building your appraisal.
