Generate a tailored sales report for any street and download it as PDF for easy sharing. The search and customisation features allow for easy adjustments to the report, saving time by narrowing down the results to only the most relevant sales data.
Use the advanced search to find all relevant sales on an entire street, not limited to one suburb. Enter the street address, property type and sales timeframe.
The table will show relevant sales based on the search criteria. The final report will contain the information shows in the table view screen. Click “Customise Results” to change what data is shown and in what order. To include the sales which are displayed in the table view screen, select all by clicking the select all box.
Once properties have been selected, click on the kebab button (three vertical dots) and select ‘Export as PDF’.
