This update includes some very exciting changes.

Alerts:
We've built alerts into the platform, which is a bit of a game changer for many, think of them like a monitored alarm for any property Title.

You set up which properties you'd like to monitor and when a specific event occurs on that Title, your alert is triggered and you'll instantly receive an email with the details.

Events include an LGA development application, a subdivision, a Title is cancelled (often meaning a subdivision has occurred), rezoning - plus many more. These events usually pre-empt specific activities on a property so you can act before they happen for a change!

Knowing first means acting fast so alerts help you move from reactive to proactive.

Upgraded Appraisal Builder:
You asked and we listened with a major upgrade to our appraisal builder. It enables you to create branded and unique CMAs with more choices, a better structure, and the ability for you to add any pages of your own.

Stand out from the crowd with a CMA that doesn't look like everyone else's.

Oh yes...there's more. We've added a few other things like suburb report for quick download and a quick search box to give you instant access to any property's full details.
