The Appraisal Builder (available only to Premium subscribers) is accessible from all areas of Property Edge for quick and easy access.

Anywhere that you can access information on a property will also give you the option to create an appraisal on that property, including:

• “Clicking ‘Reports’ from the main menu bar at the top of screen

• Clicking ‘Create Sales Appraisal’ or ‘Create Rental Appraisal’ from the kebab menu (3 vertical dots) on the map pop-up or next to a property in the results table

• Clicking ‘Create report’ from the ‘Property Details’ screen
