To be able to order products (e.g. Historical Search, Ownership Validation) through Property Edge, you need to have credit accounts set up with SAILIS, known as ‘LSG’ and ‘LSSA’ accounts.
Note: Trial users do not have access to credit (even if you have an existing account with credit).
You might notice that there are two types of account credit, LSG and LSSA. LSSA (which stands for Land Services SA) gives you credit for LSSA products, eg Owner Validation and Property Edge, while LSG credit gives you credit for legacy State products, e.g. Registry Search.
