Title products are reports generated from the Lands Registry and Valuation Roll that contain official information on any South Australian property. Many processes, applications and dealings in the property industry have a legal requirement for some of these reports to be used. These reports can contain personal information and must only be used in accordance with our terms and conditions.
All Title products are available through SAILIS (the South Australian Integrated Land Information System) for registered and guest users. You automatically receive a log in to SAILIS as part of your Property Edge subscription and so have access to all reports available.
We have included the most popular reports in Property Edge to help streamline common workflows. The price of all products in Property Edge is the same as the price when purchasing through SAILIS.

Register Search
Provides an authorised copy of a Certificate of Title or Crown Lease confirming ownership, land description and constraints. Titles may not include a parcel diagram, in these instances a Plan Image may be purchased separately. This product is often required by Councils for lodgement of building approvals.
Historical Search
Provides a list of dealings that have been lodged over a Certificate of Title or Crown Lease, with a Volume greater than 5000.
Title Details
Provides current information about the title including registered proprietors, parcel details, last sales details, constraints and the valuation number(s).
Title and Valuation Package
Provides current information about the title including registered proprietor, parcel details, last sales details, constraints, valuation details and building details.

Register Search Plus
Provides an authorised copy of a Certificate of Title or Crown Lease, confirming ownership, land description and constraints. This product also provides where available, an image of the plan noted in the land description and images of dealings listed in the schedule of dealings. Option to include a Historical Search at no additional cost.
Ownership Validation
Provides details of all Registered Proprietors (owners) of the title, including names, address for notices, and the legal description of the land. Often used to confirm the identity of owners when conducting an appraisal (sales and rentals) or valuation of a property.

Provides capital and site value, ownership, land use and land description.

Property Research Report (Residential)
Provides capital, site value, improvements and building details together with data on the most recent sales within the suburb (to a maximum of 10) for the previous 3 months.

Property Research Report (Commercial & Industrial)
Provides capital, site value, improvements, building details and list of occupants together with data on the most recent sales within the suburb (to a maximum of 10) for the previous 12 months.
